How does it work?
- Top-up directly from your mobile
-
Text us the message C2A to the short number 85505 for £10 credit
This text will cost you £10 plus your standard message charge and we will credit your mobile phone with £10 of call credit.
-
Text us the message C2A to the short number 80556 for £5 credit
This text will cost you £5 plus your standard message charge and we will credit your mobile phone with £5 of call credit.
- You receive a text back confirming your purchase and a PIN
- You dial the access number for your country and enter the number you want to call, paying the low Call2Abroad rate for the international part of the call
You don't need to use the PIN if you are calling from the mobile phone you topped up, however you can also use the credit from any other phone (mobile or landline) by dialling the access number and typing in the pin code.

What will the call cost?
When topping up with the text message method, the text message request you send for a top-up will be charged at your standard mobile operator's text rate. The text messages you receive from us will be charged at either £3 or £5.
Can I see what I get with Call2Abroad Mobile compared with BT?
Simply see our destinations and compare our great rates with BT or calling cards or any other providers.
Can I top up my balance?
Yes. Repeat the original top-up process - that never changes. If you have - for example - 40p remaining credit and you top-up with another £5 you now have £5.40's worth of credit to make calls. Simple!
Which access number is best to use?
You can use the access number 0344 545 1005 if calling from a mobile as this may be part of bundled free minutes you may have on your particular mobile contract.
How many calls can I make?
As many as you want - you can use the Call2Abroad mobile service any time of the day or night and can keep making calls up until your credit runs out. Remember you can top up at any time.

Top-up directly from your mobile - just text us the message

Does my balance expire?
Yes, it expires 3 months after you top up, but every time you top up, you extend your whole balance by a further 3 months. So provided you top up within the three month period then you don't loose your credit.
