All our access numbers are standard landlines, which means that they should be included in any inclusive minutes packages you have (or free if your provider gives you free calls to landlines)

We also operate freephone numbers in most countries, which mean that you can call the access number at zero cost from landlines and payphones, but we charge you a little extra per minute.

You pay with a credit/debit card, PayPal or text message. When topping up online, you are getting the best rates available. You do not need a PayPal account, you can check out with your credit or debit card. You will see either "PayPal" "2Abroad Limited" or "Call2Abroad TopUp" on your credit card statement

Yes. Repeat the original top-up  process - that never changes. If you have for example €0.40 remaining credit and you top-up with another €5 you now have €5.40's worth of credit to make calls. Simple!

You can also set up Auto Topup which automatically recharges your balance when you are running low. This means you never need to worry about running out of credit (you do need a PayPal account for this)

Top-up online - we send you back a text confirming your purchase and the credit is added to your account instantly. You can top up with up to €20 in one day
Your balance is simply incremented by the relevant top up amount, for example; if you had €0.40 remaining credit and you top-up with another €5 you now have €5.40 available. You can also set up auto top-up so that you never run out of credit

Top up by text message If you are calling from the UK, you can top up by text message and charge the top up to your mobile bill/pre-pay balance

Auto top-up Optionally take advantage of PayPal pre-approved billing and never run out of credit. We will automatically charge your PayPal account and top up your account when your balance runs low

Yes, it expires 3 months after you top up, but every time you top up, you extend your whole balance by a further 3 months. We will try to contact you by email or text message before your credit expires, so you have an opportunity to top up in time. However the best thing to do is to set up auto top-up, which will automatically top you up when your credit is running low or about to expire.

Online top up customers
Take advantage of PayPal pre-approved billing and never run out of credit.
You set how much you want to top up by (in multiples of £5) and we automatically charge your PayPal account and top up your Call2Abroad account when your balance starts running low.
Maximum top-up limit is £100 per month. The initial payment will be taken once the pre-approved billing is set up. You can turn this on or off at any time via the My Account section.

Text top up customers (UK only)
Once your initial credit runs out you will be automatically topped up by a further £5. To opt out of the text auto topup send the message STOP to 80077.

Save on dialling time with speed dials

For convenience, you can save our access number in your contacts for seamless dialling.

You can either save the number into the phone book on your phone in the regular way, or you can edit the numbers in your phone book to include the access number as well.

Seamless calling: You can save the access number and PIN directly into your phonebook entries using Pauses for seamless dialling.

1. Select the contact to edit
2. In front of their number, enter the Call2Abroad access number for your country (see above) eg. 03445451005
3. Add a pause:
• iPhone Tap the + * # key at the lower left of the screen and the keyboard layout will change to show a 'pause' button. Tap the Pause key
• Android Tap the menu key then the 'add 2-sec pause' button, or just press the ',' button on your keyboard
• Nokia Press * 3 times to show ' p '
• Seimens/Panasonic Press and hold 0 to show ' + '
• Motorola/Sony Erricson Press and hold * to show ' p '
4. (Only if outside the UK) Enter the Call2Abroad PIN
5. (Only if outside the UK) Add another pause
6. Ensure the destination number includes the full international code starting 00 followed finally by #
7. Click Save

Example: If 03445451005 = Call2Abroad access number and 1234 = your PIN and 00336987654321 = your contact's phone number, then the finished entry should look like this:

• iPhone/Android 03445451005,1234,00336987654321
• Others 03445451005p1234p00336987654321

As many as you want - you can use the Call2Abroad mobile service any time of the day or night and can keep making calls up until your credit runs out. Remember you can top up  at any time and you can enable auto-top up to ensure that you don't run out of credit mid-call.
